Production methods

We design and continuously improve cabin production methods to ensure clear, standardized, and controlled processes. This includes the creation and modification of work instructions, the integration of VWI (visual work instructions/pictograms), and the development of visual aids adapted to industrial environments. Our teams also ensure change management throughout the product lifecycle.

Industrial compliance

We also support our clients in ensuring the industrial compliance of cabin interiors. Our activities cover pre-FAI and FAI phases, as well as EBOM and MBOM reconciliation. These activities, including ABCL, help secure product compliance and anticipate industrial risks during the production phase.

Production support and Andon

We provide operational support to cabin production, including non-conformance handling, technical support, and the management of continuous improvement projects.
