The SOGECLAIR Academy
Professional training is essential to ensuring the development and versatility of our employees, while also serving as a powerful lever for motivation and performance improvement. The SOGECLAIR Academy aims to support employees in achieving excellence in their expertise through a mentorship system and to train talents to support their growth within the Group, while strengthening their sense of belonging to the company.
Happy Trainee
For the third consecutive year, SOGECLAIR has been awarded the “Happy Trainee” label. This label is granted by ChooseMyCompany to organizations offering the best experience to interns, apprentices, and V.I.E (International Corporate Volunteers).
Health and Safety
The Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees by ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards. It implements prevention, control, and risk and accident management measures to guarantee safe and secure working conditions and environments.
Philanthropy
The Group is one of the founding companies of the endowment fund Le Cœur des Entreprises, a collective of companies from the greater Toulouse area committed to fighting poverty, social vulnerability, and disability. As a founding member, the Group provides an annual financial contribution and actively participates in selecting the nonprofit organizations and projects supported.

Carbon Footprint
Our Group has committed to a strategy for reducing greenhouse gas emissions through two main actions:
Calculating, monitoring, and reducing our own carbon footprint
Contributing to the reduction of our clients’ carbon footprints

The subsidiaries included in our carbon footprint reporting represent 69% of our total revenue.This year, our subsidiary SOGECLAIR Aerospace received a “B” rating from the CDP Carbon Disclosure Project. Our objective is to continue improving this score.
Eco-Design
SOGECLAIR is deploying an Eco-Design offering aimed at developing and integrating life cycle analysis tools and eco-design principles into our solutions. This approach is fully aligned with our clients' needs and positions the reduction of environmental impact as a key differentiating factor.

To ensure transparency, fair competition, non-discrimination, and the competitiveness of the company, the Group has implemented a Responsible Purchasing Charter that applies to all its suppliers and subcontractors.
