Effective since January 1, 2022, the executive committee plays a crucial role in the operational dynamics of the Group

Its mission is to facilitate the achievement of Sogeclair's objectives by defining major strategic directions. By setting priorities and developing corresponding action plans, it ensures coherence between strategic vision and operational implementation. Additionally, the committee oversees the effective implementation of these plans across all levels of the organization, thereby ensuring efficient execution aligned with the company's overall strategy.
