After meeting our teams in France, we’re crossing the Atlantic to meet our colleagues in Canada.
For this second episode, we’re speaking with François, Engineering Manager.
François joined SOGECLAIR as a Mechanical Designer and now oversees complex projects where technical requirements meet demanding deadlines. He tells us about VISTA, a Business Class cabin module that perfectly illustrates the balance between technical innovation and customer experience. For him, project success above all depends on creativity and a team’s ability to support one another in overcoming major challenges.
💬 “My advice would be to be creative, resourceful, and never hesitate to ask for help.”
Watch François’s interview below to learn more about his career journey and get a behind-the-scenes look at our engineering projects in Montreal.
