Since July 2024, SOGECLAIR has strengthened its industrial offering with the commissioning of a thermofluid test bench dedicated to heat exchangers and thermal equipment.
This in-house capability enables us to provide a complete service—from design and manufacturing to qualification testing—all on a single site.

Key advantages of our testing platform:

  • Three types of testing: performance, pressure, and leak testing of thermal systems under real and demanding conditions

  • Multi-fluid compatibility: gas/gas or gas/liquid (gas: air; liquid: glycol water)

  • Wide measurement ranges for temperature, pressure, flow rate, and deformation

  • High heat exchange capacity: up to 105 kW

  • Expert support: from defining the test protocol to analyzing results and drafting the test report

  • High-precision measurement equipment
