Blagnac, France, September 16, 2024, SOGECLAIR, supplier of innovative solutions for more efficient and safer mobility, announces the appointment of Stéphanie Martel as Head of Human Resources Group and member of the company's Executive Committee.
With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master's degree in Labour Relations from the Université de Montréal, Stéphanie Martel brings to SOGECLAIR nearly 15 years of international expertise in human resources management.
Before joining the SOGECLAIR teams in France in 2022, Stéphanie headed human resources for the Group's Canadian subsidiaries for 10 years. Upon her arrival in France, she led the Skills & Talents division, with the mission of strengthening the recruitment teams in order to attract new talents, while supporting the development and competencies enhancement of our employees.
The appointment of Stéphanie Martel marks an important milestone for our Group.
